Do you offer any promotions?

Yes! For new clients we offer 10% off your first order. Subscribe to our newsletter to get notified about other specials or promotions.

How do I apply for my New client offer?

Input the code, "Divina10" at checkout or mention it to one of our team members when confirming order details via text or on the phone. 

Can I combine promotions or discount codes?

Typically, only one promo per order can be used unless we clearly say otherwise.

Do you offer referral discounts?

Yes! When available join our rewards program, The Divina Circle. There you are able to redeem your referrals

Are Payment Plans available?

Yes we have payment plans available for all products and services that meet the qualifying minimum spend.

What payment methods do you accept?

With proper care, your blooms can flourish for 5-10 days, depending on the flower varieties and your environment. We chose only the freshest, most premium stems to ensure lasting beauty.

Will the recipient see the price?

No—pricing is never included with the delivery.

How do I care for my fresh arrangement?

Every order includes detailed care instructions to help your blooms thrive. We recommend trimming stems at an angle, refreshing your water daily, and keeping your arrangements away from direct sunlight or heat sources.

What’s included with my order?

Each arrangement arrives with flower food and easy to follow care instructions to extend the life and beauty of your blooms. If you select a care kit at checkout, you’ll also receive premium floral cutters and protective gloves. 

How long will the flowers last?

Arrangements last 2-3 weeks with proper care (often longer depending on flower types and home conditions).

Ordering & Customization

How do I include a message or note with my order?

You can include a personalized message during checkout. Simply write your note in the “custom message” box provided, and we’ll handwrite it on one of our complimentary Divina cards to accompany your arrangement.

Can I request specific flowers or colors?

Yes. We welcome customization requests. You can share your preferences -such as color palette, flower types- in the “custom message” box at checkout. 

Can I request “no lilies” (or avoid certain flowers)?

Yes—add flower preferences/allergies in the notes at checkout, and we’ll design accordingly.

Where do you source your flowers from?

Our blooms are sourced from farms in Ecuador, where the soil, climate, and craftsmanship yield flowers of remarkable quality and longevity. We partner with trusted growers who share our commitment to sustainability and fair labor practices.

Do you support local or sustainable practices?

Yes, sustainability is at the heart of everything that we do. We use responsible packaging, and repurpose materials whenever possible. All to honor and minimize our environmental footprint.

Why do you source from Ecuador?

Ecuador’s unique climate, with its high altitudes and consistent sunlight. Produces some of the world's most vibrant and long lasting blooms. Partnering with Ecuadorian farms allows us to offer flowers that embody both beauty and resilience . Cultivated with care and respect for the earth.

Sourcing & Sustainability

What is your return policy?

Because of the  perishable and handcrafted nature of our floral arrangements, all sales are final. We take great care to ensure every order is created and delivered with excellence. However, if your arrangement arrives damaged or not as expected, we’re here to make it right.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, as long as they have not yet been designed or prepared for delivery. Once an arrangement is in production, we’re unable to process cancellations.

What if my flowers arrive damaged?

Please contact us within 24 hours with photos. We’ll make it right with a replacement or store credit based on the situation.

Do you accept returns for non-floral items?

Unopened and unused items are eligible for return within 14 days of fulfillment.
