Where do you deliver?

We currently offer hand deliveries throughout the Inland Empire, bringing fresh, artfully designed arrangements right to your door. Each delivery is handled with care to ensure your blooms arrive in perfect condition.

How do I care for my fresh arrangement?

Every order includes detailed care instructions to help your blooms thrive. We recommend trimming stems at an angle, refreshing your water daily, and keeping your arrangements away from direct sunlight or heat sources.

How do I include a message or note with my order?

You can include a personalized message during checkout. Simply write your note in the “custom message” box provided, and we’ll handwrite it on one of our complimentary Divina cards to accompany your arrangement.

What happens if my flowers arrive damaged or incorrect?

 If your blooms arrive in less than perfect condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the arrangement. Our team will review your concern promptly and offer a replacement or partial credit, depending on the situation.
