Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in San Bernardino County, California, and the parties hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

Because we work with fresh nature, specific floral availability can vary based on the season, market conditions, and overall quality. Divina Arrangements reserves the right to make beautiful, high-quality substitutions of equal or greater value to ensure your arrangement is delivered flawlessly.

5. Custom Order Fulfillment & Delivery

All custom bespoke orders require confirmation by our design team. Once confirmed, delivery will be scheduled for the agreed-upon date across Southern California. We ensure all deliveries are executed with exceptional care. Delivery times are estimated, and unforeseen delays outside of our control (such as severe traffic or weather) will be communicated to you immediately.

6. SMS Communications & Marketing

By opting in to receive SMS messages from us during checkout or inquiry, you consent to receive occasional updates, marketing, and delivery notifications from Divina Arrangements LLC to the phone number provided. 7. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

In compliance with California consumer protection laws, please note that due to the highly perishable and custom-curated nature of our floral artistry, all sales are final upon delivery. If an order must be canceled before the arrangement is crafted, a partial refund or studio credit may be issued at the sole discretion of Divina Arrangements LLC. If you have an issue with the quality of an arrangement upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours with photos, and our team will work to provide an elegant resolution or replacement.

All content on this website, including but not limited to photography, floral designs, styling, text, and logos, are the intellectual property of Divina Arrangements LLC and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without express written consent.
