Our mission is to deliver expertly composed, hand-finished arrangements for life’s most important occasions, crafted with premium blooms and an uncompromising standard of quality. Return Policy

At Divina Arrangements, every piece is handcrafted with care. Please review our policy before ordering.

Floral Arrangements

All floral sales are final due to their perishable and custom nature. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us so we can help.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide your order number and a clear photo. After review, we may offer a replacement or partial credit based on the circumstances.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery, provided production has not begun. Once an arrangement is being designed or prepared, it cannot be cancelled.

Non-Floral Items

Unopened and unused non-floral items may be returned within 14 days of fulfillment. Contact us to begin the return process.
