When will I get the reminder?
You choose: 4 weeks, 2 weeks, or 1 week before the date, a specific date you pick, or several of those for the same occasion. Two weeks before is the default — enough time to order, close enough to stay top of mind.
How do I add, change, or cancel a reminder?
Sign in on this page with your email. We send a one-time 6-digit code, no password. From “My Reminders” you can add occasions, change dates and timing, update your mobile number, pause, or delete. No need to call or text the studio.
Do I need an account?
No. Your first sign-up creates your profile from your email. If you’ve ordered from us or joined Divina Circle before, the reminders attach to that same profile, so your order history and points stay in one place.
How will I get the reminder?
By text message, to the mobile number you give us. Each text is only about the date you saved, with a link to the matching collection if you’d like to order. Reminders are free. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.
Does the reminder repeat every year?
Yes by default — anniversaries and birthdays come back every year, so the reminder does too. Untick “Repeats every year” for a one-time date and it retires itself after the occasion.
