Information we collect

When you place an order, create a Divina Circle account, or contact us, we collect the information you provide directly: name, email address, phone number, delivery address, order and delivery details, and any card message you write. We do not ask for or store full payment card numbers — those are handled directly by our payment processor.

Your shopping cart is kept using a browser cookie so it persists as you browse. We also record first-party, aggregate site activity (page views, add-to-cart, checkout starts, orders placed) to understand how the site is used. We do not currently run third-party advertising trackers (such as Meta Pixel or Google Analytics); if that changes in the future, this policy will be updated first.

How we use your information

• To fulfill and deliver your order, and to contact you about it by email, SMS, or phone.
• To operate your Divina Circle loyalty account, if you create one.
• To respond to inquiries sent through our contact, custom-order, or business forms.
• To keep our records for customer service, accounting, and fraud prevention.
• To improve the site, using the aggregate, first-party analytics described above.

Payment processing

Card payments are processed by Square. Some orders may also be arranged through Zelle, Cash App, or PayPal at the studio’s discretion. In every case, your payment details are handled by that processor directly and are not stored on our servers.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that make the site and delivery work — our payment processor, our hosting and database providers, and, where applicable, delivery logistics — and only to the extent needed to provide the service. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Data security

Order and account data is stored in a database that only the studio’s own systems can access; it is not publicly readable. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable, industry-standard measures to protect your information.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by writing to Contact@divinaarrangements.org. You can decline cookies in your browser, though the cart and checkout may not work correctly without them.

Children’s privacy

Our site is intended for general audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
