These terms govern your use of divinaarrangements.org and any order you place with Divina Arrangements. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you have questions, write to Contact@divinaarrangements.org.
Orders & availability
Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we accept once it is confirmed. Arrangements are hand-composed to order using seasonal, hand-selected blooms, so a specific bloom or exact shade may vary slightly from the reference photo. We work to a 48-hour minimum lead time, and the studio is closed on Sundays.
Pricing & payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars at checkout and are due at the time of order. Card payments are processed by Square; some orders may also be arranged through Zelle, Cash App, or PayPal at the studio’s discretion. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is fulfilled.
Delivery
We hand-deliver across Fontana and the Inland Empire, to addresses within 40 miles of our studio. Delivery is free within 10 miles, $5 from 10 to 30 miles, and $10 from 30 to 40 miles; addresses beyond 40 miles cannot be served. Delivery windows are selected at checkout; please make sure someone can receive the order, as we are not responsible for arrangements left unattended at your request.
Cancellations & changes
Orders may be cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery, provided production has not begun. Once an arrangement is being designed or prepared, it cannot be cancelled.
Returns & damaged orders
All floral sales are final due to their perishable and custom nature. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photo; after review, we may offer a replacement or partial credit based on the circumstances. Unopened and unused non-floral items may be returned within 14 days of fulfillment — contact us to begin the process.
Intellectual property
The Divina Arrangements name, logo, and the photography, text, and design on this site belong to Divina Arrangements and may not be used without permission.
Limitation of liability
We compose and deliver every order with care, but we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from a delayed or missed delivery caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
