If you can, apologize in person or by phone first. Flowers land best as a follow-up that shows you meant it. Choose a quiet palette and keep the card short and specific.
Every arrangement is made to order in our Fontana studio and delivered by our own team. Order at least 48 hours ahead, choose the day and a 30-minute window, and we deliver Monday to Saturday within 40 miles of the studio.

Which flowers say sorry?
Soft, quiet palettes in blush, ivory and pink read as sincere. Skip anything loud. A simple arrangement with a specific card says more than a huge one.
What should the card say?
Name what you are sorry for, in one or two sentences, and say what you will do differently. Write it at checkout and we copy it onto a handwritten card at no extra charge.
Can I choose when they arrive?
Yes. You choose the delivery day and a 30-minute window at checkout, so they arrive when she is there to receive them.
How far ahead do I need to order?
At least 48 hours. Every arrangement is composed to order in our Fontana studio.
