How far in advance should we book?
Most couples reach out six to twelve months ahead. Peak-season Saturdays (April–October) book fastest. If your date is sooner, send the inquiry. We’ll let you know honestly.
How does the deposit and payment work?
A 25% non-refundable deposit secures your date. Clients have the option to finance or pay up-front. Please note that deposits are non-refundable, and for those paying up-front, the final payment is due 30 days before the wedding.
Do you work with planners?
Yes. We collaborate closely with planners and venues, and welcome introductions either direction. Planners can request our trade overview by email.
What is your service area?
Venues within 40 miles of our Fontana studio, across the Inland Empire: Fontana, Rancho Cucamonga, Riverside, Eastvale, Yucaipa, Redlands, Corona, Chino Hills, Moreno Valley, Ontario, and San Bernardino.
Do you offer bridal preservation or weather backup?
Bridal preservation is available through trusted partners and added to your proposal on request. For outdoor weddings, we plan weather contingencies into the proposal and confirm logistics with you 72 hours before the day.
