Shop Divina after Dark

Velvet Shadow is lavender garden roses and near-black ranunculus layered with speckled purple vanda orchids, dusty mauve spray roses and dark anthurium leaves in a matte black vessel — moody rather than spooky, and it stays on a console through November without looking out of place. Autumn Noir is the more editorial of the two: copper-toned roses and carnations, deep burgundy chrysanthemums and bare curling branches against matte black, with strands of pearls cascading down one side beside a dark anthurium leaf.

Both arrive in their vessel, and both are built around a black container rather than a seasonal prop, which is why they read as design pieces rather than decorations. Two arrangements is the whole collection, deliberately. There is a version of Halloween floristry that is plastic spiders and orange cellophane, and we would rather list nothing than list that.

If you want something more literal — a specific color, a carved vessel, a piece scaled to a party table — the Fall collection has two arrangements composed inside real carved pumpkins, and anything past that starts as a custom brief. Order 48 hours ahead; the last week of October books out. Delivery runs Monday through Saturday across the 40 miles around the Fontana studio.
