People ask us the same three questions before they order: Do you deliver to my city? When will it arrive? What does it cost? This is the whole answer, in one place, so you can order with confidence.
We are a delivery studio. There is no storefront to walk into — every arrangement is composed by hand in Fontana and driven to the door it’s meant for.
Where we deliver
We deliver anywhere within 40 miles of our Fontana studio, which covers the Inland Empire and the edge of Southern California around it. The cities we serve most:
- Fontana
- Rancho Cucamonga
- Riverside
- Eastvale
- Yucaipa
- Redlands
- Corona
- Chino Hills
- Moreno Valley
- Ontario
- San Bernardino
Neighbouring cities inside the same radius — Rialto, Upland, Colton, Bloomington, and others — are covered too. If you’re not sure whether an address qualifies, type it in at checkout: the address is checked against our real driving distance, and you’ll see the delivery fee (or a clear message) before you pay.
When we deliver
Monday through Saturday, 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You choose the delivery day and a 30-minute window at checkout, so you know when to expect us rather than waiting in all day. The last window of the day starts at 4:30 PM.
We are closed on Sundays. If the occasion falls on a Sunday — a Sunday birthday, an anniversary dinner, a reveal party — we deliver on the Saturday, and we’ll help you time it so the flowers are at their best on the day.
How far ahead to order
Standard orders need 48 hours. That isn’t a rule for its own sake: every arrangement is composed to order from stems bought for it, not pulled from a cooler, and two days is what it takes to source the right blooms and finish the piece properly. When you order online, the calendar will only offer dates and times that are at least 48 hours out.
Need something sooner? Call or text (909) 550-5233. Orders inside 48 hours may be accepted if there is availability — we’d rather tell you honestly what’s possible than have you miss the moment.
For fixed dates — a wedding, a corporate event, a birthday that can’t move — order as early as you can. The busiest weeks of the year (Valentine’s, Mother’s Day, the run-up to Christmas) fill their delivery windows well ahead.
What delivery costs
Delivery is priced by driving distance from the studio, calculated on your exact address at checkout:

That’s the whole fee. There are no surcharges for time windows, and the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
What happens after you order
You’ll get an order number straight away. Your arrangement is then composed by hand on schedule for its delivery window, with the card message you chose written out by hand, and driven to the address you gave us in the window you picked. Every paid order also earns 50 Divina Circle points toward a future one.
Delivering to hospitals, offices, and venues
- Hospitals. We deliver to hospitals across the area — Fontana, Rialto, Colton, San Bernardino, Ontario, Riverside. Some wards restrict flowers (intensive care and oncology in particular), so a quick call to the ward before you order saves a wasted trip. Our get-well collection is kept lighter on scent for exactly this reason.
- Offices and businesses. One-off gifts go through the normal checkout; for standing weekly or biweekly florals, our business plans run on a fixed route day so your team knows when to expect us.
- Wedding venues. We work with venues within the same 40 miles — start with a wedding consultation and we’ll plan delivery and setup around your day.
Keeping the flowers fresh once they arrive
The first hour after delivery is where most of a bouquet’s life is won or lost — mostly by keeping it out of the heat, which matters more here than almost anywhere. Not inside our area?
If an address is more than 40 miles from Fontana, we can’t deliver to it — not yet. We’d rather say that clearly than take an order we can’t do justice to.
