Orchid Carnival Box is a hand-finished birthday arrangement of red roses, burgundy and pink cymbidium orchids, pink calla lilies, and purple carnations in a red hat box, delivered across the Inland Empire. It's a birthday box that doesn't look like anyone else's.
Red roses and red spray roses fill the base, and the surface is almost all orchids: wine-red cymbidiums with cream-and-maroon lips, plus a few pale pink ones near the top. Pink calla lilies curl out between them, and ruffled purple and magenta carnations are tucked in for a third color. No foliage shows. The red box with a satin ribbon handle makes the whole thing read as one deep, warm color from across the room.
Roughly 15 red roses, 15 red spray roses, 12 cymbidium orchid blooms, 8 pink calla lilies, and 10 purple carnations, placed by hand in our Fontana studio. Your box will carry the same form with its own natural variation.
Who it's for: a milestone birthday, a birthday for someone who loves orchids, a 50th or 60th that calls for something richer than roses alone, an anniversary that lands near a birthday, or a thank-you to a mother-in-law. It arrives ready to display; no vase needed.
How long will it last? Keep the box cool and out of direct sun and add fresh water every other day. The roses hold about a week; cymbidium orchids, calla lilies, and carnations often last two, so most of this box outlasts the roses.
